Stillpoint stores the data you actively provide: the information you enter in your daily check-ins (energy, mood, what happened), the content of your conversations with the AI coach, your account information (email, name), and your subscription status.
We do not collect browsing history, location data, device information, or any data outside of what you directly enter into the app.
Your data is used to power the AI coach — to give you personalized, context-aware support based on your check-in history and conversations. It is also used to build your patterns and progress record over time.
That’s it. Your data is not sold, not shared with third parties, and not used for advertising or profiling.
No one. Your conversations and check-ins are private to you. Stillpoint does not share your data with employers, health insurers, advertisers, government agencies, or any other third party.
The one exception: our AI infrastructure (powered by OpenAI) processes your messages to generate coach responses. This data is processed under OpenAI’s API privacy terms — they do not use it to train their models.
The Stillpoint AI coach generates responses based on the information you provide. This content is not medical advice, not a substitute for therapy or clinical care, and not a diagnosis. When in crisis, always use the crisis button or contact a professional.
Stillpoint uses minimal cookies — primarily for authentication (keeping you logged in) and anonymous analytics (helping us understand how the app is used). We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
You can access, export, or delete all of your data at any time from the Settings page. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our systems. This action cannot be undone.
Delete your account: Go to Settings → Account section → Delete my account. Your data is gone within 30 days.
Your data is stored in a secure PostgreSQL database on Neon (a Vercel company), encrypted at rest and in transit. We use industry-standard encryption for all connections.
